You could even buy a website already made, it would look beautiful but would it get any traffic you need to ask yourself or how can you make it attract traffic. Some website you can buy are already making money and receiving traffic but unless you know how to use html or website building software like dreamweaver then you are either going to do it damage or never increase its profitability.
There are over 100 million of websites out there and billions of webpages that you need to compete with. The good thing is that 90% of the websites out there are not designed with seo in mind and when you pick a niche there is even less competition to deal with.

There are some very good packages out there that do website building and hosting but where there is good there must be bad so make sure they are what they say there are. Some look great, sound great and the price is great but often lots of misleading information that points you in the wrong directions.
